Our current fixed price packages are:

Bronze Package
1 standard contract of employment and 6 policies – £695 plus VAT
Ideal for the very small or start-up business taking on employees for the first time. This gives the minimum required to get going legally with staff and cover the very basics.

Silver Package
1 standard contract of employment and 12 policies – £995 plus VAT
This package is aimed at the SME employer, who is looking not just to comply with the law but aiming for best practice in their employee policies.

Gold Package
2 contracts of employment (a standard set of terms and conditions for staff and a senior manager/director level service agreement) and 16 policies – £1295 plus VAT.

Our most popular option amongst employers, comprising separate contracts for staff and management and a comprehensive suite of policies to meet most businesses’ needs.

The suite of document packages can be tailored to meet your companies’ needs at a revised cost. We can also provide either just contracts or policies at a fixed price.

NOTE: You should not change existing contracts unilaterally and without employees’ prior agreement. Seek legal advice first.

Already have existing contracts and policies? Document review and update service

Employment law changes quickly and frequently. You may have contracts and polices in place but may need a review to ensure they reflect current legislation and best practice.
A full review of your business’ existing contracts and policies can be undertaken at a capped price. Just send us your existing contracts and handbook and we can assess what work needs to be done and offer a price. For a fixed cost we can also provide annual policy updates, taking into account any legislative and practice changes in the ever-evolving world of employment law.
