Full-time Civil Litigation Fee Earner – Plymouth Office
Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our dispute resolution team based in our Sutton Harbour, Plymouth office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE and be able to conduct their own caseload of fast and multi-track general civil litigation claims. You will have excellent client care skills as the department, and the firm, prides itself on exceeding clients’ expectations. You will also have a desire to play an active part in the marketing and progression of the department. In return you will be joining a super-friendly and professional firm.

Full-time Commercial/Residential Fee Earner – Kingsbridge/Plymouth Office
Assistant Solicitor required for growing recognised Property Department to work across our Kingsbridge and Plymouth offices in a full time, permanent capacity.
The role will involve advising on a variety of commercial and high value residential sales and purchases, and other property transactions, both nationally and locally. A willingness to get involved in marketing and business development is also required.

Paralegal – Kingsbridge Office
Beers LLP wish to recruit an experienced paralegal to join their Private Client Department based in our Kingsbridge office.
The position is full time Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The role will include researching legal issues related to private client matters. Help prepare and review wills trusts and other legal documents. Organise case files and legal documents. Communicate with clients, financial advisers, and other parties. Assist with probate and administration. Handle administrative tasks and organise meetings. A key requirement for the role is to have good keyboard and IT skills, experience of case management software is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. There will also be an opportunity to progress for the right applicant.
