Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive required to join our Residential Property Department at our Kingsbridge office in a full time, permanent role.
Due to an increase in instructions and recent growth, we are currently recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join our Kingsbridge office in a full time, permanent role. Applications will also be accepted from suitably qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers. The successful applicant will work on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
- Sales and purchases to include freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
- Grant and Surrender of easements and covenants
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Landlord & tenant matters
all from inception through to completion.
The client base is varied – from residential purchasers to developers and investors.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and IT literate, organised with attention to detail and good numerical skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision with a tactical approach of prioritising your workload.
Salary – dependant on experience.

Receptionist/Secretary – Plymouth Office
Beers LLP wish to recruit an experienced receptionist/secretary to join their Plymouth office.
The position is full time Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The key requirements for the role are a good telephone manner, keyboard and IT skills. The ability to put clients first and help with enquiries, experience of case management software an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Salary according to experience.
