Full-Time Family Solicitor or CILEX preferably with Practice Rights – Plymouth Office
Beers LLP are seeking a Full-Time Family Solicitor or CILEX preferably with Practice Rights with a minimum of 4-5 years PQE to be based in their Plymouth office.
The successful candidate will require the following current experience in:
- Divorce & separation
- Financial remedy matters including dealing with uncontested and contested proceedings
- Breakdown of unmarried relationships
- Private children matters (no public law) to include dealing with Child Arrangements Orders and other associated Orders in the Family Court.
- Experience in drafting family documents including orders, cohabitation agreements, deeds of separation, pre-nuptial, post nuptial agreements.
- Experience of issuing and dealing with cases through the Court Portal.
- Domestic Abuse
