Due to an increase in instructions and recent growth, we are currently recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to join our Plymouth office in a full time, permanent role. Applications will also be accepted from suitably qualified Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers. The successful applicant will work on a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:

• Sales and purchases to include freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Grant and Surrender of easements and covenants
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Landlord & tenant matters all from inception through to completion.

The client base is varied – from residential purchasers to developers and investors.
