After studying law at the University of Hull and then completing his post-graduate training, Javid qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He started his legal career in the Midlands before moving south to Devon. He joined Beers LLP in 1997 and was made a Partner in 2000.
Javid heads up the Litigation team and specialises in personal injury, advising on all types of personal injury claims, most of which are pursued on a "no win, no fee" basis.
Out of the office, Javid enjoys spending time with his family of four daughters.
Javid is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.

Donna Glover
Donna qualified as a Certified Paralegal in Employment Law in 2006 and is registered with the Institute of Paralegals
Donna joined Beers LLP in February 2009 and became a member of the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants. In February 2010 Donna gained the Level 1 award of the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and is now working towards her level 2 award.
Donna is a valued member of the team working with local businesses to assist with immigration compliance and with individuals who have immigration issues.
